Missouri Property Inspections

I have used both Paul and Chris on several inspections in the past six months and they are great to work with. Not only are their reports thorough but they are easy to understand as well. They always take good pictures and break down what the most important problems are with the house. I would not hesitate to hire them to inspect a home for me. They also do a great job with coordinating other inspections so you don’t have to go around finding termite inspectors or sewer inspectors. You just call them and they handle the rest. Great job guys!

Chris did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He was thorough and really took the time to explain concerns to us. He was exceptional, and discovered issues without being overly exaggerated. He was great at explaining what mattered and what was of lesser concern. We would definitely use this company again.

WARNING! Do NOT use this company!!!! Want to warn other unsuspecting people that the inspector, Chris Lucke, missed a lot on the inspection of the home we purchased in November. After realizing this, we had a second inspector come in and point out a lot of basic things that were not done to code, on a new build. These things are all fixable and being corrected, BUT, this guy should not be inspecting homes. Getting a good inspection is so important; shop around and get an excellent one – it will pay off.

This is a great company to work with. I highly recommend MPI to any realtors or home buyers. Paul has excellent pricing, reports and is very thorough.

Very nice guy…very helpful and down to earth. He wasn’t in a hurry, was trying to help and not just make a dollar off me. There are good companies still….and this is one of them.

Paul did a phenomenal job inspecting our house!!!! He was very thorough and explained everything to me so that I left with no questions and knowledge about things that I hadn’t known before!! I am so glad I chose this inspector! He also gave us a great rate compared to other inspectors I looked at!! I highly recommend him and his company and would choose him again!!!
