Inspector was on time and very informative. He explained the testing procedure and report procedure. He answered all questions and posed some good questions himself. Inspection was thorough. The testing and report did reveal significant mold requiring remediation. While we were not happy with that, it did support what we suspected. We regret not having had this done long ago. Would definitely recommend MIT Baltimore and Inspector Will.

The technician was very professional and informative. I got prompt answers for my entire questions regarding the procedure, testing, or cost. The customer support team was great as well. All aspects of the job from the how, when, why, and cost were explained clearly. I am happy that I choose this company for getting the mold inspection and testing work done at my house.
