Wendell Montgomery performed my second home inspection. Both inspections were excellent in every respect. Wendell is a very thorough inspector. His inspections last about four hours. He entered the attic of my home through a small and difficult attic access. Most inspectors wouldn’t have gone to that much trouble. I’m glad he went to such lengths. He discovered many problems that were only visible from the inside.
He spent approximately 4 hours inspecting the property and then reported back to us his findings. He responded to our questions after the inspection.
