Very professional and will spend as much time with you as you need and answer any questions until you feel like you have a good understanding of your home inspection. I would never use anyone else, Tim is the best.
Tim is amazing and instantly makes you feel welcome upon meeting with him. He does a great job and answers all and any questions you have! He’s very thorough and knows his job. He definitely put our mind at ease with our home inspection. I recommend him highly to everyone when buying their first home. Great inspector and someone we can definitely call a friend. Thanks Tim!
Had a great experience using Tim for our inspection! He is so patient, knowledgeable, and kind! All the questions we had were answered in great detail and had our inspection report back to us super quick! We will always continue to recommend Tim and will use his company again in the future! Thanks Tim!!
He spent 3 1/2 hours inspecting our future home today. The amount of detail in his inspection, caught deficiencies that could have been dangerous and expensive in the end. Home was allegedly in decent shape. With our detailed list, with pictures(lots of pictures!) that show the actual defect, we have a plan of attack. His recommendations of what to do and who to call for further inspection and repairs was invaluable.
My realtor recommended this company. However, the first time we took showers in the home our downstairs half bath toilet overflowed (raw sewage) all over the bathroom , kitchen and partially in the dining room. We closed fairly close to the home inspection. I am rather disappointed as plumbing is a major concern when you buy a new house. Not sure why this was NOT caught!
Tim did not get into the crawlspace during the inspection. I have had 4 contractors in the crawl since that time with no issues. He missed a large amount of floor damage and structural issues from not getting in the crawl. He also missed the water heater was only functioning half way, as only one of the elements were working so a shower was not possible. I found that out the first night of being in the house. The kitchen sink was leaking, that was missed and caused water damage to subfloor in the kitchen. So at this point I have replaced the water heater and have had a foundation company in the house all at my expense because these large items were missed on the inspection. I attempted to contact Tim for his insurance name and number and he advised me he was not going to give me that information.
