Nate is on point when it comes to inspections! My wife and I are in the process of buying or first home and our realtor suggested Mountain Peak for a general inspection and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Nate was very thorough and took the time to inform us what he was doing. Most contractors and the like will just point and say some form of mumbo-jumbo to sound impressive. I was beyond impressed with the dedication and time he spent inspecting our soon to be home. When we got the inspection report I was blown away yet again with how well and professional his report was. There was pictures with arrows pointing to concerns with suggestions of who and what should be done.
He also made us comfortable by letting us know we could follow him during his inspection.
