I’m glad I spent the money for them to come out! Colleen was super knowledgeable and nice, she explained everything to me as we went and gave me tips for future reference. The resulting report was very detailed and will definitely help me care for my future home! Great experience!!

Our experience with Mr. Home Inspector was worry-free and 100% positive. Scheduling was easy and we were able to get an appointment at a time that was most convenient for us. The inspection itself was very thorough. After he was finished, Joe walked us through each picture he took and explained any concerns he had as we walked through the house. His report was easy to read, contained pictures, and was sent to us in less that 24 hours after the inspection was done. It also helps that Joe has a great sense of humor! We definitely recommend Mr. Home Inspector.

Had the report in my inbox within 4 hours of her leaving the property. That was key since there is a small window to get it done, review it and get it to the attorney.
