While inspecting homes Bob got to see first hand the permanent effects that neglect can have. He wanted to offer an ongoing solution to home stewardship and his original list had 14 tasks on it, involving a quarterly rotation. After thoroughly researching recommendations from specialists of various fields our list of “things people ought to do” grew to over 75 different tasks! Conversations with friends in the insurance industry about the most common causes of claims and losses helped us trim things down some. Finally, after gaining feedback from our earliest subscribers and other homeowners we have settled on our current every other month checklist.

It’s like Jiffy Lube for my house! Mantis Maintenance has time saving answers to the oversight of my property to keep ahead of things I might miss or just don’t have time to keep track of. They have a huge list of items they check and even change my furnace filter, clean out my dryer vent and keep my water softener salt filled (I hate carrying those salt bags to the basement!) among other things. They do all this for a very reasonable price. Thank you Mantis Maintenance for giving me some time and peace of mind back!!

Very thorough and polite. Explains service before starting. Evaluates current capacity before servicing dryer vent etc and then capacity upon completion.
