I called Brian Friday and he was available to come out today (Monday) which was a huge help as we are on a rush to get inspection and appraisal done. He was so friendly, efficient and gave advice and pointers. I am a first time home buyer and I was thoroughly impressed! My realtor even asked to use him as someone to recommend future clients to. His report was also very clear which included photos of the property with items he had suggestions on etc. He was also very fairly priced. I will be telling anyone I know needing a home inspection to call him!

I recently acquired the services of Mt. Hood Home Inspection, to inspect a home that I wanted to purchase. When I received the report, I was surprised at the findings that the inspector (Brian Burns) had found. At my first glance of the house I thought it looked good, but Brian was very detailed in finding any and all defects with the house, that I didn’t see and subsequently saved me potentially thousands of dollars and major headaches, if I had proceeded with the purchase. I would recommend Brian, from Mt Hood Home Inspection, to anybody, who is looking for professional and detailed oriented home inspector.
