Munoz Inspection Services realizes that the purchase of a home is probably the largest and most exciting investment you will ever make. It is difficult to remove any emotional attachment you may have for a home due to it’s location, style, setting, etc. A home inspection will help you learn as much as you can about the property you are considering buying in an effort to help you make a more informed decision as a buyer.

Our philosophy at Munoz Inspection Services is to inspect each home with the utmost care, to be thorough, and to explain our findings clearly to each client. Tony Munoz is a licensed home inspector with over 24 years experience as a Home Inspector and over 30 years experience in the Termite Industry. Tony is also a Journeymen Structural Repair Carpenter.

We didn’t know anything about the inspections we needed or should get. When we found Tony he was very informative about the different inspections we needed or should get done. The price for all services was amazing. We highly recommend this company to anyone. Response time is fast and scheduling met our time frame. We will be going through Tony again for annual inspections. Thank you Tony

I am a realtor and had Tony do a home inspection for my clients purchasing their first home. He did a great detailed job! The buyers were very pleased with him during the inspection explanations and with the report. I recommend using Tony for your inspection needs.
