Paul inspects to the ASHI standards of practice. He is taking continuing education courses regularly to learn new techniques in the construction field, which has always been his passion. Paul has certifications in Mold earned from Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) and certificates in Radon from ICA.  Paul has Passed the National Home inspector Exam (NHIE).  Paul also has more than 8 years expertise in residential construction. Hands on experience with historic renovation, and manufactured mobile home construction. The overall portrait of a home is made up of all major systems of a structure, which is why we are always continuing education to stay current with building techniques while keeping our core inspection techniques. Paul has seen many major projects through from site planning and pouring the foundation to the final walk through of a finished home. We understand the process of purchasing a home and how to relieve some of the stress.
