I am in the process of buying a home and N-Spec was recommended to me for my inspection. Kevin did not disappoint one bit! He reached out to me quickly, got my appointment scheduled way before my deadline and was extremely thorough with his inspection and even got same day results! 10/10 would recommend!
Very thorough and great report. Was definitely impressed with everything they did and tools used to make sure everything was working properly.
Great experience with N-Spec. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what was found or not and gave opinions on how to correct or fix minor issues upon inspection.
