He was very thorough and really took his time with us to explain everything and show us how everything worked. He also took the time to help us understand how to fix the things that needed to be fixed, which was very helpful since we are 1st time homebuyers. He is extremely knowledgeable.

He done an awesome Job. He use drone to inspect our roof. His report was very systematic and includes pictures which help us to remember exact items which require fixes. He done a walk though with my wife, me and our agent on site. He even offer to help us any time ever after we move in to our new house. Blaine Nabors is the fourth Home Inspector I have worked with in San Diego and is by far the best. The inspections are thorough and the reports are extremely detailed, to include, photos, explanations, and what the code states for that area. We had some issues with a seller not having the gas turned on prior to the inspection, Blaine completed the scheduled inspection and then returned the following day to inspect the gas items, at no additional charge.
