Mike is professional and proficient, and followed through every step as promised. He even took the time at the end of the inspection to verbally summarize everything he had seen and inspected, and gave us the chance at that time to not only ask questions but also go over anything we had possibly noticed that he may have missed. He was very thorough and his level of attention to detail were as if he were inspecting the home for himself, which was very reassuring as a first-time buyer. He really helped us feel more confident and knowledgeable about our purchase, which is the goal of the process.
