This was the first time I used NPi & met Tyler Long. He was very polite courteous and professional above all & as we walked though the home & around the property. He was great @ pointing things out to me and explaining things that needed attention immediately or in gradual time I could attend to

I called Tyler after having some issues having purchased a new home. He came in and was great discussing what he was finding and making professional suggestions on how best to handle correcting the problems. Tyler is knowledgeable, personable, and very respectful. I highly recommend him.
He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He even offered to return to confirm some electrical work that was found had been completed properly. Very much recommended!
The listing agent made a mistake as to which property was being inspected (she must’ve been busy!) And so Tyler got in touch with me to verify. The mistake was clarified and the inspection took place. Tyler was very thorough with the inspection. If I need future inspections, I will probably go with Tyler again. Highly recommended and great value.
