Wonderful company! We used them at the recommendation of our realtor for a whole-house inspection and were not disappointed. The inspection took about four hours and our inspector, Jason, went through everything he could access taking pictures of every issue, wear and tear area, etc. He would update us on his findings and offer his suggestions for who would be best to repair it and how he expected the repair would probably need to be done. We had the inspection done yesterday morning and I got the completed report (fully detailed and broken down with photos) as I was headed to bed for the night. I hope to never need them again (home buying is a headache! LOL), but if I need another inspection done, they would be my first choice.

We used them for Whole home inspection to purchase a home. Very easy scheduling, contract very straightforward and understandable. Agent was professional, friendly, thorough and made sure we understood all information before leaving. Report was to us in 12 hours and very detailed. Would recommend this company and Agents to everyone.

On time, professional, and very quick. Got the inspection report back and was very detailed and specific. Even gave great recommendations on how to fix the problems. Will be using them again within the future.
