Mike conducted a home inspection for a new home we are purchasing. From the first call when scheduling until the final report was sent to us, he was extremely professional, friendly, organized and efficient. He explained everything clearly and the fee is extremely reasonable. I would recommend NPI to anyone.

Excellent service. Very courteous, explains anything you ask, if you need to go back our look at something else he had no problem doing that. Report was thorough with pictures of everything that could be an issue or might need replacement. He even put a summary of items that need special attention at the end. Great emails about times, as well as text messages the day before to give you a heads up of the appointment. GREAT INSPECTOR!! Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Mike. He was sweet, kind, and very thorough. Did a full inspection of our new home we are looking to buy and found good issues we are going to bring up with the seller. Definitely recommend!
