I had a great experience with my home inspection with NPI. My home is coming up on its 1 year warranty and final items need to be turned in for the builder to address. “Ben” my inspector was right on time and explained the process thoroughly. He was very courteous and had a great attitude about wearing a face mask for covid-19 prevention and foot coverings to protect my carpet. He was very knowledgeable and went over everything he found with me at the end of the inspection. I recommend this company.
Jared and company performed a great inspection despite a high stress situation. The situation was handled professionally and perfectly. Highly recommended. We both enjoyed Jared and his employee (sorry cant remember your name!). Great people and great service.
