I cannot say enough positive things about my home inspection with James McGee of NPI this morning. James was prompt and professional in every manner, not to mention extremely thorough and detail oriented during the inspection process. He pointed out several important small details, code issues, safety issues, etc in a home I am potentially buying, and advised me not only how to address these issues but of things they may affect well down the line. For someone with little knowledge of these kind of things, he did well explaining them to me in a manner I could understand and process.

He was punctual and very professional as I am a first time home buyer. He was informative and took his time to explain every little detail. He made my husband and I more comfortable about our purchase. Thank you, Mr. James.

This will be my 3rd home purchase and probably 6th or 7th home inspection, and he was by far the most thorough. He gave easy-to-follow explanations as he went and not only identified problems, but also provided useful advice for home maintenance and monitoring for potential future issues. I’ll be using NPI’s services in the future.
