We were 300 miles away when we needed to schedule the inspection. Everything was handled for us when we got there. The inspection was thorough and complete. The issues cited were presented to the Seller and negotiation was successful. The report was professional and complete. We were very satisfied and recommend Navigator for anyone in need of a home inspection.

This may seem like a little thing, but is is actually a big thing…when you call Dan and leave a message, he calls you back and promptly. Not only was that impressive, the inspection report was incredibly thorough and detailed. His pricing was spot on and he’s easy to engage with. I would recommend Dan’s services without any hesitation.

Had a wonderful experience on our home inspection with Dan. He was very professional and was very thorough evaluating the property….pointing out things that were of immediate concern and giving advice on things to consider for the long term. He took his time to explain what he was seeing and made sure we understood what he found, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and verify his findings. He provided a very thorough report the following day and made himself available to answer questions as needed. I highly and enthusiastically recommend him!
