My realtor recommended John when I found a house in Belgrade. He was very responsive and did a great job noting all of the potential issues. I asked the seller to fix one of the bigger issues that he found, and when they refused, I backed out of the contract. Looking back, that was one of my best decisions. I found another home soon after that, and again used John for a second time. I would highly recommend this guy! Six or eight months after I moved in, I had a question that I was hoping he could help me with. He pointed me to the page on the inspection, and I found my answer. Most guys would take weeks to respond, but I got my answer within days. I think you’ll be happy with this inspector on your side.
It takes a builder to know a building and to understand, inspect, and explain the condition of a home. John exceeds those expectations. He sees all and will personally show it and explain it to you, on site. He responds to your needs and any questions quickly, thoroughly and professionally, with a very positive and helpful attitude. You will almost immediately have a detailed report with photos in your hands. Totally recommend that you take advantage of the skills John has and the services he offers.
John did the home inspection on a house we are purchasing in Bozeman. We are new to the area and was recommended to him from our realtor. He was great! The inspection was very detailed, he explained every issue to me, and answered all my questions. I have worked with many home inspectors in other states. He is one of the best we have used.
