Shane did an excellent job with our condo inspection. He was very thorough and professional and knew exactly what to look for and identify the areas of concern. After the inspection was complete, he shared a very detailed report with pictures where applicable. The report made it very easy for me to understand the areas of concern and negotiate the repairs with the seller. Shane even went out of the way to explain all the issues to me over the phone and suggest possible fixes to the issues he discovered. Overall, I am very happy with Shane’s service, and I would definitely recommend Newton Inspections to anyone expecting a thorough and professional job.

Newton Inspections is by far the best home inspector out there! Shane Newton did the inspection on our new home, which was new construction and in a new subdivision.
