Kevin inspected our home before closing on it. He was thorough and gave us a great comprehensive report. Best of all Kevin is a good person who takes time to communicate with you…giving you information you need. We called him in recently for a termite inspection and he went above and beyond to help us plan for the future.
I had the home I was in contract to buy inspected by Kevin today. I was beyond satisfied with the experience I received. I was so impressed with the professionalism and heartfelt service he shared with my family and I. I was so impacted that I desired to write this review. My wife and I, plus our two kids, were present during the entire inspection. I worried about my children being present, but he was extremely charismatic and friendly. At multiple times he engaged with my 5 & 6 yo in a playful yet, very respectful manner. This was very comforting as I didn’t want them to be viewed as a nuisance. Kevin was also extremely knowledgeable. He lead me through every part of the property, inside and out, giving me tons of information while answering all my questions. All of this in the midst of warm and pleasant conversation. I felt through my experience Kevin truly has a heart for his job. More importantly a heart for ensuring homebuyers know exactly the quality of the home they are looking to buy before closing on such a substantial investment
