Scott came out for inspections on two separate properties within one week. Each time he answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained how to access the heating and cooling filters, water and gas shut-offs, electric panels, etc. He also took the time to show me places of corrosion and deterioration in the home that needed addressing.
I must confess that surely she is a skilled professional trader and the best among all, as her clients all said, I saw so many positive reviews about Mrs Katie George, and she managed my account after I Invested $1000 and got a successful withdrawal of $10,200 within few days of my investment, “It always seems impossible until it’s done”., with Mrs Katie George.
Our inspector was extremely thorough during a home inspection where we were considering making an offer. He spent around 3 hours and even suited up for the crawl space, which turned out to be in bad shape. From the start he was on time/early and answered all my questions throughout the inspection, while also doing a review at the end. Even though we didn’t end up making an offer on the property, we learned a lot and were impressed with NBI’s whole process. Thanks guys!
The pest inspector couldn’t access the crawlspace, but the NBI guy could! Great work accessing the entire property for inspection and delivering a very thorough report in 24 hrs.
Scott was friendly and took extra time to educate me about important functions point out areas that would need to be addressed. He also provided a detailed report that very helpful. When I lost the report, he quickly re-sent it to me upon request.
