Working with Scott was great. He was able to do a house inspection for us on short notice and found several issue with the property we were buying which helped us re-negotiate the price. He took time to explain everything and answered a lot of our questions so that we felt prepared to tackle repairs after the purchase.

Did you ever wish that you simply could hire someone to do something and they simply just do it really well at a fair price and you are just happy that you made the right choice. That is what I experienced when working with Scott Stewart. He answers his phone (Even weeks after the report) , looks, acts and is professional, answers your questions, works hard and does a great report with extras like links to why he makes the claims and assertions that define your home inspection report. Here is what he is not – a guy who took the home inspection on-line course or a guy with a certificate from the weekend course at the SeaTac Ramada. What he is, is a real builder with 20+ years of field experience. He won’t make you a “Honey -do” list for after move in but he will actually identify every last serious issue in the home and won’t create a bunch of drama about it. He will calmly tell you what you really want to know (What is a problem in the house and what is a thing to think about and maybe use to make your decisions for the future) and if you need to worry about it or not. I am pleased to write this review and would be happy to share my report with anyone who wanted to see it to prove my case as to why you should not hesitate to hire him. P.S – I found Scott on Google and never met him before this – This is my honest opinion based on my $500K home inspection NCHI did for me in the last 60 days – The pic is of Scott checking the tub out during my inspection

He entertained tons of questions from my wife and I and was super knowledgeable. He made us feel much better about the home we purchased and we have complete confidence that he identified all of the issues and watch items that there are. Thank you, Scott.
