Prior to purchase of home we asked them to check out property for us. We were able to circumvent potential problems by utilizing their services. It was a professional company and charges were appropriate for the job performed.
Mike Cooney checked every outlet, every faucet, every crack, every appliance, every piece of plumbing, every door, every square inch of the property. If you want a thorough inspection I recommend him 100%. If he sees something that isn’t right, he WILL let you know in his report. He is prompt with his results. Lots of photographs. You will feel confident as to whether to buy or pass after an inspection by Mike.
Bill Drosehn was a wonderful inspector – professional. responsive, on time & did a wonderful job. Based on his inspection, I was able to have a few things fixed immediately, and know how to proceed going forward.
