I was introduced to Dov Herman by a professional builder who only uses Dov for all of his properties and homes. Now I know why. Dov is the most knowledgable inspectors out there. Not only does he know exactly what to look for, but he knows important and interesting facts about specific neighborhoods that most buyers, sellers, and realtors don’t know! Dov is extremely precise and pays close attention to detail. He’s patient and takes his time to be thorough. He uses machines and technology that most home inspectors do not have. As a realtor, I will only use Dov when I am ready to buy my house.

He made some recommendations which were very useful, and also had a wealth of knowledge about the local community. He had up to date technology (FLIR scanner) but even more importantly he comes with a lot of experience.
I was running short on time and this company came out to do my inspection Last minute. The inspector was on time, seems thorough and professional yet funny, and was looking out for my well being. I got the report the very next day so I can move forward with my purchase. Not to mention he came bearing a gift, a new tape measure for my new home. I would recommend using this company.
