He gave us a thorough report and told us we could call him if any questions came up. As first-time home buyers, this was very reassuring.
Not only was the work done quickly and with much precision and care, but they also then detailed out all of the results of the inspection in an easy to understand report that was shown to us in person by the inspector, and then was emailed with even more detail within 2 hours of the inspection closing. I would highly recommend OC home inspect, especially if you are a first time buyer and want a complete explanation of your home inspection.
He went above and beyond to identify all issues and was very professional. The report was thorough and I would definitely recommend him.
