Hi, I’m Bruce Ogletree, owner of Ogletree Inspection Services and its sole employee. I’m the one who answers the phones, takes the orders, does the inspections, and will always be available to you to address any questions or concerns you might have. The son of a Civil Engineer and the grandson of a carpenter, I learned early on how to build things and how important it was that they be built right. As a Realtor, I learned how important the Home Inspector was to the home-buying process. As a home builder and general contractor, I came to understand how complacency, unprofessional quality work, and the ravages of time could cause lasting damage to a home. As a Home Inspector, I know that I often stand as the last line of defense between a flawed home and a buyer who is not equipped to find those flaws.

The best $400 I have ever spent! We had Bruce inspect a home we were hoping to purchase, he was very knowledgable and thorough with his inspection, which is exactly what you want. There was a lot of intention in making sure I understood exactly what I was about to get into. I didn’t get the house but I feel like a dodged a bullet and I learned so much through this experience. I am grateful for Bruce and I look forward to doing business with him again. – I highly recommend his services!

Not being able to see the home in person was a little nerve-wracking, but with Bruce’s thorough and clear report we felt so much better! Our realtor said she’d never seen such a straightforward and complete report before. Our inspection came back unbelievably clean for a 30+ year old home, so we wondered a bit if Bruce could have missed something since it seemed almost too good to be true. But we’ve been living here for over a month and all of the contractors we’ve had in for maintenance and minor work have said the exact same things as Bruce’s report! We’ve been using Bruce’s report and the HomeBinder subscription it included to tackle the home maintainence items on our list, which makes everything so easy! We’ve also really appreciated the included recommended service providers. We’ve already used several of them from his list, and they’ve all been excellent!

Not only is he enormously skilled and very well-equipped to inspect homes in great depth, he is a very good listener and he maintains a very friendly and yet a very professional demeanor as well. I would highly recommend Bruce for home inspection services.
