He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. He provides a very detailed report with not only what he recommends to be repaired but information and diagrams about such issues so you can understand them. He answered all of our questions, explained all of the issues he saw while still being realistic about what problems they may cause in the future. He asked a lot of questions about the history of the home as well so that he knew everything he needed to make an appropriate report. He was prompt and responded back very quickly through text and email. I would 100% recommend Jerry to anyone needing a home inspection! He goes above and beyond for his clients! I appreciated him making the inspection part of this already complicated process stress-free!
