My objective is to inspect homes with the highest quality standards possible. I also want to make the Dayton metropolitan area a safer place and to create a sense of community, goodwill, and trust with my constituents. My inspections will be a thorough visual inspection of property grounds, exterior, foundation, roof, plumbing, heating, electric, cooling, interior, garage, laundry, bathroom, and kitchen including a written report of all aspects inspected along with digital pictures. You will also receive a scheduled home maintenance list and instructional directions with a report overview of questionable areas and/ or equipment within the home and property.

Chris is fantastic! He was on-time and very professional. He is very thorough and did the best inspection I have ever had! I would highly recommend him! I have recommended him to many ever since!

Chris is an exceptional inspector, professional with an eye for detail. explained everything fully and responsive every time I had a question. Good business practice is had to come by today. He is truly an example of good old fashion true to his word business man.

We found Omni Home Inspections online when looking to have our new home inspected before closing. He was very responsive, on time and very informative. He gave off very good vibes, like he was just a dad trying to help us out. Explained everything to us, told us what was small and big stuff, stuff we could fix ourself or things we should ask to be fixed. He found a beam in our crawl space had been painted and told us he thought that was suspicious. So glad he told us that, because we requested the owners have it inspected further and turned out there was mold damage and they were responsible for getting it all repaired. Had he not told us he thought it was suspicious we would have never known until further down the road and had to cover the costs ourselves. Highly recommend!
