After our home issues came to surface and we notified them they ignored calls from me & my realtor. We did a chargeback on our visa and they disputed it. We will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
Timely, responsive, and even offered a military (veteran) discount. I could recommend their services in good faith. Great work, Omni (Matt)
From the beginning of using this home inspector, it was a challenge. Once the inspection was completed, we had to repeatedly ask for the 4 point inspection form to be completed and sent which almost caused a delay in closing on the home.
