I earned my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (focusing on building construction) from Husson University in Bangor, Maine.. I had worked for a local Portland building contractor for 5 years in construction management of high end homes 525K-750K. Shortly after, I was a hired on as a Senior Asset Mgr. for a Local Private Equity Firm that was a Real Estate Arm. We purchased single family homes REO’s from the steps. My job was to fly out to Oakland,San Francisco, California and Salt Lake City Utah to determine home repair budgets based on my inspection reports of each of these homes. To give you an idea in California roughly 1.2 M per month on new assets and about 2 M in Salt Lake City. Near the tail end, we started purchasing assets in Miami. My job was incredible and hands on. It was one of the most impactful experiences I have ever had. Full Circle, I wanted to put my signature Home Inspection Services into my very own business here in my home, Maine.

Jerry is very responsive and and great at answering questions. During the inspection he went out of our way to make sure we asked the right questions, and to show us what he was looking for. If we purchase another house, I would definitely work with him again.

Jerry responded quickly to our request for a general inspection of the house we are buying. He was professional and personable from our first conversation. Jerry invited us to follow him to observe what he was checking, why he was checking and to ask questions during the process. We appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. We would highly recommend Jerry. We came away feeling like we had known him for a long time.

Above and beyond! I had the pleasure of working with Jerry for the first time on a home inspection for my client last week and he will be my go-to guy from here on out. Genuinely cares about my clients as much as I do. Excellent communication and even after HIS job was finished he followed up to make sure my client was taken care of and volunteered to return to ensure the job was done correctly. Very thorough in his inspection leaving no stone left unturned to ensure the safety of my client and providing peace of mind to their investment. Highly recommend!
