Optimal Home Inspections

Shawn did our home inspection and I couldn’t ask for a more professional job than what he did. He is amazing at what he does. He is in depth, professional and really cares about the homeowner!! Shawn Santos is a great inspector. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. As a realtor, I’ve used Optimal for several inspections. Recently, I used them to inspect the home that I am buying. That says so much about an inspector if a very experienced and reputable Realtor is willing to use them for the purchase of his own home!
