Excellent service! Definitely recommend! Lance is thorough and professional, took time to thoroughly explain the inspection report to me and my husband. Answered every question we had and gave us some very helpful info. We might not buy the house that he just inspected, if we don’t, we will definitely use him to inspect the next house we want to buy.

This guy inspected my property and left a hole on the ceiling and turn on water, wet the floor and left it behind! and liar about it. denied wrong doing even he is the only one inside the home on that day.

Our home purchase inspection was rushed because the company was over capacity and we are currently paying huge for it… not even two weeks in our new home and we have found 2 major pre-existing issues that should have absolutely been identified and a few miscellaneous items that aren’t a big problem but blows my mind they weren’t at least noted (especially since many involve obvious water leaks and power failures). We are likely out at least $10k at this point due to this companies negligence and I’m sure there will be more to come as we are just getting started. Without a doubt, protect yourself and use another service. I am thoroughly scared for what my family and I may be up against now.
