He had a friendly attitude at the walk-through. His report had pictures of every inspected item along with indicators drawn on them. He color-codes his notes in order for the client to better understand the significance of each note. I could not recommend his services more highly.
I’m purchasing from out of state and needed the inspection done in a couple days. He was able to fit me in AND I got my report that day! The report is very detailed, color coded text was easy to understand and pictures of any issues… which was a ton of help for me to show the seller what I needed fixed.
