On top of stick on vinyl tiling. Didn’t call out a old rusty water softener that was ACTUALLY attached to our line and was not to code in the closet in front of an electrical panel. Just a few of the MANY missed items that led us to over paying and not backing out of the house.
Did a great job going over our home- very detailed report and I appreciate the dedication to excellence
I must confess that surely she is a skilled professional trader and the best among all, as her clients all said, I saw so many positive reviews about Mrs Katie George, and she managed my account after I Invested $1000 and got a successful withdrawal of $10,200 within few days of my investment, “It always seems impossible until it’s done”.
The inspector, Brandon, was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend using them!!!
He communicated throughout the process, gave us a ton of great information and guidance, and was extremely thorough. We felt comfortable and prepared to move forward in our home buying process because of his expertise and guidance in this phase. Definitely recommending to family and friends moving forward!
Brandon did a fantastic home inspection. He was courteous, professional, and detailed. He went over the property with a fine tooth comb and explained all his findings, was open to questions, and made good solid recommendations on how to further research and remedy the concerns he discovered during the inspection. The pricing was extremely reasonable for the services rendered. They use a drone equipped with a high resolution camera to check out the roofing surfaces on a home that it would have been impractical and potentially unsafe to walk the roof on.
