I own few properties and he is best inspector I ever used. His reports are thorough and very detailed with pictures . He takes his time to explain things to you. The google reviews speak for themselves. You can go wrong. Too many inspectors are out there that don’t know what they are doing, Jonathan is a true specialist at this job. Outstanding home inspection! I feel twice as good about the house we’re buying after Amanda inspected it and gave me detailed pictures of places I desperately didn’t want to go to (attic, crawl space). The temperature readings of the water and heat was an awesome touch as well (I had no idea they did these in an inspection). The pictures I received were crisp and detailed all the things she found in the house. The courtesy photos were my favorite part as she gave us photos of our house from angles we really hadn’t seen before!
