Stopped by the headquarters station with my son on a visit from the East coast so he could see the apparatus and was shown incredible hospitality and courtesy by the on duty members.
PS fire department station #3 came to my house at 1 am the other night. I had passed out and fell hitting my face , nose and head twice. The second time I really started to bleed all over the place. They got me stable and then had me transported to Desert Hospital!!! Without their QUICK, COMPASSIONATE RESPONSE I truly don’t think I would be here today !!!!! THANKS PS FIRE I’m truly GRATEFUL!!!!

Called on the phone got someone in under a minute and got all the information I needed. I went down to the town office took 10 minutes to fill out a permit and get what I needed. Cost was below what I would have expected, paid and left in a total of 15 minutes with my permit. Everyone was helpful and so nice. Honestly made me proud to live in Palm Springs. You hear how nightmarish building is in California, Palm Spring staff proved them wrong.
