The inspection was thorough and revealed several issues that needed to be addressed before we could go through with the purchase. The presentation of the inspection was professional and easy to follow. The pictures that accompanied issues that were found were very helpful. I also like the fact that the price includes a return visit to assess that the repairs were done correctly. They sub contract out the termite and air/quality mold inspection and the former identified evidence of a rodent infestation so we were glad to have the input of their specialty services as well. They are easy to work with and responsive. We highly recommend them.
