I have owned in my lifetime 12 homes. Thus, I have had 12 home inspectors. Mr. Pressley by far was the best Inspector I have ever had. He has over 30 years of experience, and he teaches you what to look for. He is very thorough, affordable, an a genuinely honest professional. He is a seller’s worst nightmare.

Excellent! I have purchased homes before, and consider myself a pretty well informed buyer. I found Mr. Pressley to be extremely detailed and professional. He was able to accurately inform me of the functioning of the home I was about to buy. His information helped me negotiate better as well as know what things I should and should not be concerned about. He was an impartial true advocate for me in the home buying process. In my case the home was beautifully renovated and looked fantastic on the outside, however, Mr. Pressley was able to see several ways that the seller had taken short cuts that would later cost me as the new home buyer. I am so grateful for his thoroughness and accessibility. He made himself available not only during the inspection but after. He answered questions and provide sound professional information.
