Rick knows his stuff!! He is very knowledgeable, Honest and investigates EVERYTHING!! Bonus: he is an all around good guy offering tips and easy diy fixes we would have never thought of. I highly recommend Rick and use his inspection reports as our home fix to do list on every property we purchase.
He took his time explaining as detailed as our questions could be! His report was very detailed, timely and easy to understand. He took great care and time in helping us understand and learn about items I would have overlooked!
Rick did our home inspection in March and we were blown away by how thorough and passionate he was. He left no stone unturned, and gave us a fully comprehensive written report — as well as a list of recommended vendors for every category imaginable. I’ve showed the report to a few people and they were blown away — they said they’ve never seen something that thorough from a home inspection.
