When our newly finished basement flooded Paul Davis was our first call. Blake was extremely professional and assured us that they could do the job. They showed up within an hour with all the equipment needed to thoroughly dry out our basement and keep the water from damaging all the new materials. The quality of their work is top notch! The team at Paul Davis has done an amazing job with water damage caused from a broken pipe in the laundry room! Paul Davis took good care of us when we had a massive leak from one tub upstairs into the tub downstairs. Mike Davis was super friendly, helpful and very attentive throughout the whole process. Gavin with the demo and clean up crew did a great job keeping me in the loop while things were happening. He worked hard and quickly. I’ve had Paul Davis clean our Carpets for years! They always do such a great job and are very professional. I love that they treat your home with respect. They put wall guards up so the hoses aren’t rubbing against your walls. They are always so friendly I would trust them any day of the week. I’ve also used them for water damage and they made everything look good as new. They made the process so easy and stress free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to a professional standard.
Paul Davis restoration was the company used by our homeowners insurance to determine the extent of some water damage done to our kitchen. They were very punctual, efficient, friendly and thorough. They were very knowledgeable in determining the extent of the damage, keeping us informed every step of the way. With every visit, just like Smokey the Bear, they left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it. Water damage restoration is not a fun process, but they got us off to a very positive start.
They were here when scheduled, went to work as soon as possible. Clearly explained all aspects of the work and even with different workers coming in other days they communicated well so nothing was lost when the next person came. Answered all questions kindly and easily.
