I am a first time homebuyer and Chad is AMAZING!!! In my home search, I ended up having two inspections done by him within one week – two different properties. He is very flexible with scheduling and prompt with communication – I scheduled both inspections just the day before. I also had the pleasure of being present during both inspections. Chad takes his time to complete the inspection and is very informative. He showed me where everything was located and would point out even the most minor details – whether related to foundation, electrical, plumbing, mechanicals, cosmetic, safety hazards, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me through his experience and expertise. In addition, in his report, he makes sure to be explicitly detailed and explanatory. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Peak Home Inspections for your first or next home inspection!!
Chad was professional, personable, and very thorough with his inspection. After he began the inspection, he invited me to stay as he completed his report. I was worried that I’d be awkward, or “in the way,” but he explained everything he was looking at as he went. I felt confident in my new house purchase after his inspection. Would recommend!
