Professional. Make an appointment. I was not present during the inspection. Tim was professional, polite and punctual. He said he would have a report ready for me within a couple of days. (And he did). If I needed him again, I would definitely use him.

I have hired and worked with several home inspectors in the Phoenix area, but never one in Flagstaff until hiring Tim to inspect an old home we are buying as a 2nd home. The proposed fee was more cost competitive than fees from inspectors I have used on other purchases. • Quality: The written report was top notch, extremely detailed, clearly formatted (so even a first-time recipient could follow easily) with very clear photo documentation.
