Peak Property Inspection is a locally owned and operated, full-service home inspection company. We provide professional consulting services to home buyers and sellers in the Pittsburgh, PA region.

We believe in great customer service. During and after the inspection, we take time to answer all of your questions to ensure that you are comfortable with your new home purchase. We want our clients to see us as a trusted partner, in order to help them make a well informed buying decision.

You will get a computerized report the same day as the inspection. After the inspection is complete, we will remain your consultant indefinitely. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.

He was thorough in his inspection and knowledgeable about any issues identified with the home. He answered any question I had and was super helpful throughout. Additionally, the report he generates is top notch and really helps you judge what repairs (if any) are needed before making the big decision to put money down on a home. I can’t recommend him enough!

Joe was absolutely wonderful. He inspected every inch of the house we were looking to buy and made sure we were aware of even the smallest detail. I highly recommend him if you need a home inspection.

He inspected to properties I was buying and Joe was beyond professional. He accommodated my needs to the fullest, took the time to answer any and all questions I had since i was not able to be present. He made me feel very confident about my purchase and helped my decision making. Not only that, but his reports are beyond thorough and extremely organized and easy to read. I’ve been in real estate for many years and have dealt with numerous inspectors, Joe is truly at the top of the list and the service was beyond exceptional.
