We had a very positive experience with Peoria Radon Mitigation starting with their scheduler. The team visited twice (at our request) before the installation to make sure we were clear on what they were going to do. We thought our job was unique but they assured us it was routine for them. We had to cancel our first installation date due to a family emergency but they worked us back in their schedule quickly. The install team was on time, professional, very efficient, did neat and tidy work, and finished in 3 hours. They delivered everything they promised for the price they quoted. I will recommend them to friends.
The install crew arrived promptly for the appt. The install was efficient and done well. I waited a few months and did a post remediation level check. The level had dropped from over 4 to 1.5. Well within the recommended safe level. Overall I’m happy!
The employee was very efficient. The employee explained everything and asked me several times if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this company to other homeowners.
