He was willing to take the time to explain what he was seeing and how it could be fixed. The report was very easy to read and the links to different sections made easy to refer back to any section for further information. Also, the report clearly states which issues are minor issues and which issues were major. Overall, I would highly recommend Peter to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Peter Bellone is the total professional, he brings a wealth of knowledge from his contracting days and speaks to each client in easy to understand terms and language. we asked peter his schedule and without hesitating adjusted his schedule to meet ours which was outstanding. having said this, the inspection was at the end of a work day and he made us feel as if it were first thing in the morning and made us feel like we had all day to discuss the home that we have now purchased. Mr bellone is also detail oriented, and did not hesitate to check out every aspect of the house. his thoroughness we have not seen from any other home inspector. This man leaves no stone unturned.
