Philip is a quality home inspector. He took his time inspecting my 1941 build and answered all of our questions. Total inspection time was 3+ hours plus he wrote up a VERY nice report with pictures and arrows and clear explanations. I will be using him for all my home inspection needs. He even offered some advice about potential pests even though he is not a pest inspector. Very knowledgeable and nice guy.
As a Realtor, I have used a few Property Inspection Companies over the years. I called around in the area, and most places seemed in a rush to schedule you or get you off the phone. Philco Properties was extremely knowledgeable, and the report was very detailed yet easy to ready for my seller along with the buyers. I would recommend them before any other company!
