Jamie is a California native with deep roots in his community. He started his career in the industry prior to graduating from Righetti High School, Jamie’s course was solidified early. Jamie began by learning a strong work ethic in the family business. Working in multiple departments of the Termite industry, the knowledge of building science was enhanced.

Performing home repairs first hand helped Jamie understand not only how the damage occurred, but why the damage occurred. Developing the notion that it’s not enough to fix the problem, but to correct the issue.

Jamie was a true professional. He is friendly, charismatic but most importantly, very knowledgeable! We were happy to hear that our beautiful new home had no major issues and the ones it did have could easily be done by ourselves. Thank you Jamie!

We came from out of town to meet for the inspection, and Jamie walked us through all the caveats of the house we are purchasing and what is necessary to fix for safety issues and what can be taken care of after moving our family into the residence. We appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection along with taking time for the explanation of the results rather then just forwarding a report. We would highly recommend Jamie and this company.

Kelsi responded promptly to get our home inspection scheduled. Jamie did a thorough job inspecting the house and timely produced a well thought out, thorough, easy to understand report. Definitely recommend using Phoenix Property Inspections!
