JJ started in the construction business in 1991 as an 18 year old floor installer. Soon after, JJ became a carpenter’s apprentice for a residential remodeling company in Lafayette, CA. JJ quickly rose through the ranks and did it all from foundation to finish. In 2005, he and the family moved to Bend, Oregon, where JJ worked for a large construction company based out of Portland. Starting as a carpenter, JJ rose through the ranks again to become foreman and eventually superintendent in charge of several large residential and commercial construction projects.

From start to finish this inspection was top notch. Very friendly, customer responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and so thorough. Where do we start? We have been working with JJ for years and have always been impressed with his home inspection services. He’s very knowledgeable, having over 27 years of construction experience. We feel this sets him apart from other inspectors. He is always thorough, his reports are specific and clear and he explains the reported items in a way our clients understand. He has always been professional and polite and most importantly, you can tell he enjoys what he does.
